These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AAC Business OS, a business management and analytics platform operated by Adamson Acquisition Co. (“AAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using AAC Business OS, you agree to these Terms.
Use of AAC Business OS
AAC Business OS provides tools for business management, digital presence management, analytics, reporting, and optimization.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Third-Party Services
AAC Business OS may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google Business Profile, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Shopify.
You authorize AAC Business OS to access information from a third-party service only when you intentionally connect that service and grant the requested permissions.
Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
Authorized Access
You may connect only accounts, businesses, pages, profiles, stores, or other resources that you are authorized to manage.
You must not use AAC Business OS to access another person’s or organization’s account without appropriate authorization.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your AAC Business OS account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact AAC promptly.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use AAC Business OS for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or connected accounts.
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
Misuse information obtained through connected third-party services.
Use the platform in a manner that violates applicable third-party platform policies.
Third-Party Data
Information retrieved from connected services is used to provide the functionality of AAC Business OS.
AAC does not claim ownership of content or data belonging to you or the third-party services you connect.
Availability
We aim to keep AAC Business OS reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Third-party services may experience outages, restrictions, API changes, or other limitations outside our control.
Intellectual Property
AAC Business OS and its underlying software, design, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Adamson Acquisition Co. and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without appropriate authorization.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to AAC Business OS where reasonably necessary, including for security, misuse, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
